Kumbaya, my lord, Kumbaya,
Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya,
Kumbaya my Lord, kumbaya,
Oh Lord, kumbaya.

The urban dictionary defines “singing Kumbaya as - to engage in a show of unity and harmony with one’s opponents or enemies.

Now that the election is out of there’s this wave of ‘America needs to unite’ rhetoric.

I call bull.

Here’s the double-truth, Ruth.

Ain’t nobody got time for ‘let’s move past our differences, quickly and heal.’

Trump folks have been preaching and promoting division increasingly over four years… and now, we should just get over it?

My question is how can you ignore all the racist and divisionary crap and ‘love’ a person who has been raging against you for four years — at the snap of a finger?

You don’t.

Trump supporters aren’t all of a sudden all about love.

They want you to not hate them for being the terrible human beings they have been, now that their fearless narcissistic, authoritarian, dog-whistling, tiny-handed, punk-ass CEO of Racism got Fired.

Some people call me a guru. I don’t correct them.
