Leaders Don’t Say Follow Me, They Say: I’ll Go First
One of the most important things we can learn is to see the world through the eyes of others.
This empathy will help you become a great leader.
As I grow my team and business — I want to coach my team to achieve more than THEY thought they could do — because it will help THEM.
If you lead a team, focus on the TEAM’S needs, not yours.
Once you help them and provide them what they need, then they will want to work with and for you.
SELFLESS is the key word.
Don’t hide your flaws or insecurities — instead work through them PUBLICLY and show them that if you can have a breakthrough, so can they.
We’re all in this thing together.
