And following suit, the coronavirus has triggered some of the funniest memes of 2020.
Humor has a way of calming our nerves in stressful situations.
You know, laugh to keep from crying.
Who doesn’t enjoy a good cackle and a hehe-haha?
But let me be clear, we are in for a rude somber awakening.
Soon and very soon.
We have been coddled for years and that is about to come to an end for God knows how long.
At this very moment, doctors and nurses in Italy are making real-time decisions on which coronavirus infected patients live and which coronavirus patients die.
Even Medical professionals are dying.
And according to The Guardian, the number of people coming to the hospitals is like dealing with ‘an earthquake a day’.
On January 29th roughly 6 weeks ago, Italy had ZERO confirmed cases of COVID-19.
They have gone from two confirmed cases the next day — January 30th, to 24,747 as of March 15th.
